  • Quote form: the same details, plus the services you're interested in and your estimated budget.
  • Checkout form (shop): name, delivery address, email, phone, chosen payment method, and your cart contents.

Your cart contents are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are never sent to our servers until you submit the checkout form.

3. How we use this data

Information you provide is used exclusively to:

  • Respond to your contact or quote requests;
  • Process and confirm your orders;
  • Provide technical support related to our services or products.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.

4. Third-party service used for forms

Our forms (contact, quote, order) are processed by the third-party service FormSubmit, which forwards the content of your messages to us by email. This service may be subject to its own privacy policy. No other browsing data is shared with advertising third parties.

5. Data retention

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request or order, then archived for our accounting and customer-tracking needs in accordance with applicable Tunisian regulations.

7. Cookies and local storage

This site does not use advertising tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage (localStorage) solely to keep your shopping cart contents between visits on the same device.
